1. Unless otherwise stated words used in these Special Terms and Conditions that are in bold face have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.
2. These Special Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions.
3. If there is any inconsistency between these Special Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions these Special terms and Condition will prevail to the extend of such inconsistency.
4. Without limiting condition 4(b)(iii) or condition 6 of the Terms and Conditions, if the Passenger’s Contract of Carriage includes the Snake Island Transfer, the Passenger acknowledges and agrees that:
i. the Carrier will not provide any supplies (including food and water) or equipment necessary for the Passenger’s stay and activities on Snake Island; and
ii. the Passenger is entitled only to the passage to and from Snake Island on the dates specified on this Ticket.
iii. the Passenger assumes all risks associated with his or her stay and activities on Snake Island and fully releases and discharges the Carrier from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, present or future, resulting from or arising out of the Passenger’s stay and activities on Snake Island.
