Access on the vessel is limited for wheelchairs due to narrow passageways and a small step to access the bow door/ramp. We are willing to take reasonable steps to accommodate any special needs that you might have where it is safe to do so. You can contact us directly or we can meet with you to view the vessel prior to making a booking to see if it is suitable for your needs.
We are watching the weather daily and you can transfer dates or obtain a full refund if we cancel due to weather which gives you peace of mind. It is easier for us to manage our routine maintenance on the vessel and organise crew/catering if we know what people are intending to do. As per our Cancellation Policy you can reschedule or cancel greater than 48 hours before the departure time without a financial penalty. Cruises depart daily, subject to weather and demand.
If you want to cruise the following day or a certain date, but there is no availability in the calendar, please call 0418 789 916 to determine whether there is still space available or a cruise running that day. Where possible, it is much better to book early to avoid disappointment.
We operate year-round, so you can enjoy Wilsons Prom by sea in all seasons including when the whales are migrating, usually between September and November each year. Or if you prefer a swim then aim for the warmer months of the year.
Whilst the vessel can seat 42 passengers on the full day cruise, group sizes are generally much smaller.
There is a very large gravel carpark adjacent to the Fisherman Jetty where the boat departs. There is plenty of room in the carpark to park your caravan or trailer etc while you are on the cruise. Entry to the carpark is from opposite the General Store.
