This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Prom Tourism Pty Ltd trading as Refuge Cove Cruises ABN 68 612 789 894 (Refuge Cove Cruises).

Collection

Refuge Cove Cruises only collects personal information that is necessary to conduct its business as a cruise operator. This necessarily requires Refuge Cove Cruises to collect your name and contact details and credit card details.

Refuge Cove Cruises may also collect information for sales and marketing purposes. Your personal details will not be included in its sales or marketing databases unless expressly authorised by you.

Your personal information is collected in a number of ways, including:

• in person when you visit Refuge Cove Cruises’ business premises including its vessels;
• by telephone, while making an enquiry or booking a cruise;
• by written correspondence (including electronic communications), while making an enquiry or booking a cruise;

Transfer out of Australia

The website is not hosted in Australia. For that reason, we transfer all data on the website (including all personal information) to our hosting service provider in the United States of America. You hereby consent to this transfer.
