If we cancel a cruise due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances we will offer a transfer or full refund.
If the passenger cancels within 24 hours of the cruise departure time – 100% full fee charged.
If the passenger cancels within 48 hours of the cruise departure time – 50% full fee charged.
If the passenger cancels with greater than 48 hours of the cruise departure time – no fee will be charged.
A passenger can amend their booking greater than 48 hours before departure time.
Group bookings and charters are based on minimum numbers; Price may change if passenger numbers change; and Changes and cancellations must be made greater than 5 days prior to departure or no refund.
